Return and Refund Policy
Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under EU law.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags intact
- In its original packaging
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exceptions to the Right of Return Certain products are excluded from the right of return and refund, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:
- Skincare products, creams, serums, oils, and other cosmetics whose protective seal or hygiene packaging has been removed or broken after delivery;
- Opened or used personal hygiene products;
- Food supplements whose tamper-evident seal has been broken.
These exceptions apply for health protection and hygiene reasons. If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the right of return remains fully intact regardless of the packaging condition.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, make a new purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
