Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. BYSS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@byss.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
